• The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, with all tags and the certificate of authenticity.

2. Non-Returnable Items
• Custom-made or personalized pieces.
• Jewelry that has been engraved or modified at the customer’s request.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

3. Return Process

2. Confirmation: We will review your request and send return instructions.
3. Shipping the product: The customer must return the jewelry using secure and insured packaging.
4. Inspection: Once received, we will verify its condition.
